We manufacture customised hoses according to customer specifications, which are not part of our standard portfolio and are tailored to your technical, chemical and normative requirements.

Materials

We manufacture customised hoses from a wide range of materials - tailored to the medium, temperature, pressure and mechanical load:
  • Silicone (transparent, translucent or coloured)
  • FKM / Viton® for high chemical and thermal resistance
  • PTFE chemical-resistant and for high temperatures
  • EPDM for resistance to hot water, steam and weathering
  • TPE for flexible, economical solutions, natural or coloured
  • Foam and sponge rubber qualities
  • Butyl extremely impermeable to gas
  • NR / CR robust, elastic and resistant to abrasion and weathering
  • NBR oil and fuel resistant, flexible and durable
  • Material mixtures and customised compounds on request

Dimensions & confection

Customised production means maximum design freedom:

  • Customised inner and outer diameter and wall thickness
  • Hoses with stoppers securely fixed, easy to install
  • Hose ends with crimp sleeves delivered preassembled and ready for installation
  • Co-extrusion combination of different materials
  • Ready-made blanks
  • Reinforcements or braiding (e.g. fabric, stainless steel or glass fibre)
  • Colours
  • Coloured hoses according to RAL or customised specifications

Chemical resistance & application media

Our customised hoses are specifically tailored to the chemical load of your application, e.g:

  • Oils, greases and fuels
  • Acids and alkalis
  • Solvents and chemicals
  • Cleaning and disinfection media
  • Gases, steam, water and hot water

On request, we can support you with the material selection based on resistance lists or application-specific tests.
