Controlled internal pressure by means of compressed air creates maximum process reliability, reduced downtimes and the highest hygiene standards - even where conventional sealing solutions reach their limits.

The inflatable TPE seal is based on an intelligent hollow profile, which is specifically pressurised:

Hollow profile with integrated air connection
Plastic valve with M12 thread for secure and simple connection
Activation: Pressurisation (0.8-1.6 bar) → the seal presses reliably against the sealing surface
Deactivation: Pressure drop → Return to the original shape
Temperature range: -40 °C to +100 °C
Material: Food-safe, recyclable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE)
